C 'est moi!

Hey, it's me! My right hand is really numb, so typing everything I'd like to is not an option. But I just wanted to check in, in person, and reclaim my blog from my liaisons. So, any visitors are welcome-- I'm in the 2 South ward at Christ Hospital, room 2031. And anyone who comes by will have the treat of meeting my kick-ass parents.

I'm feeling OK, my pain is tolerable, and Team Dana is helping immensely. More to come when the right hand is a little less ridiculous.

  1. GO DKM! Love that that it's back avec toi!
Take care lovely! My visual support has been sent to gmail to Team Dana (DKM, KSW, MKD). Hope you got that. I wanted to post it but all a bit tricky!

  2. I'm glad you showed that tumor who's boss! Now a word for the day..."I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me." Looking forward to daily updates and to getting into town Thursday evening.
    I love you, Dana!

  3. Dana, this morning when I turned on the radio in the car to head to the hospital, the first thing I heard was the refrain from a song I like, "When you call on Jesus, all things are possible... when you call on Jesus, all things are probable." All I could think was, Amen to that.

When your folks came out after seeing you after surgery, it was officially declared Cryfest! I thought I'd need to canoe back to the parking garage. (I know, don't push it.)

Anyway, you are loved right down to your toes, numb or not. I'll be there to see you tomorrow.

    Hugs.

  4. Dana Karughl,
Hurray! I wore Team Dana hot pink in solidarity but was a bit of a multi-media slacker on getting a photo in for the slideshow (I'm sure this comes as no surprise to you...)
Know that I'm thinking of you always and can't wait to come for a visit.
    Love,
    Thea
